Located within walking or cycling distance of Coventry University (half hour walk, 10 minute cycle ride), the house sits on a quiet road but is just 50 metres from the main bus routes, with buses going every few minutes at peak periods. The area is very popular with students, with good shops, parks, café's and nightlife located within a few minutes walk. The house is fully double glazed with gas central heating and has a good sized kitchen (3.5m * 2.7m), equipped with plenty of cupboards and worksurfaces plus the usual fridge freezer, electric cooker, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a communal lounge (3.9m * 3.5m) with IKEA settee and chairs. The bathroom is partly tiled, with toilet, washbasin and bath with a shower over.
