A beautiful, home-from-home offering good accommodation to Erasmus students studying at the University of Warwick. Two minutes walk from the #11 or 12 bus stop, prices from just £60 per week. Located a short cycle ride to from campus (15 - 20 minutes), the house is on a quiet road but is very close to several major bus routes, with buses going every few minutes at peak periods. The area is very popular with students, with good shops, parks, café's and nightlife located within a few minutes walk. The house is fully double glazed with gas central heating and has a good sized kitchen (3.8m * 2.7m), equipped with plenty of cupboards and worksurfaces plus the usual fridge freezer, electric cooker, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a communal lounge (3.8m * 3.4m) with IKEA settee and chairs. The bathroom is partly tiled, with toilet, washbasin and bath with a shower over. The garden (maintained by the landlord) is laid mainly to lawn and provides a useful west-facing space to relax in the summer.
