An inviting house offering good accommodation for Warwick undergraduate students. Campus is a 15 minutes bike ride or a 10-minute bus ride. Located a short cycle ride to from campus (15 - 20 minutes), the house is very close to several major bus routes, with buses going every few minutes at peak periods. The area is very popular with students, with good shops, parks, café's and nightlife located within a few minutes walk. The house is fully double glazed with gas central heating and has a good sized kitchen/dining room (4.5m * 2.75m), equipped with plenty of cupboards and worksurfaces plus the usual fridge freezer, electric cooker, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a communal lounge (3.7m * 3.4m) with IKEA settee and chairs. The bathroom is partly tiled, with toilet, washbasin and bath with a shower over. The garden (maintained by the landlord) contains a patio, providing a useful west-facing space to relax in the summer. The price is based on a 10 month tenancy agreement, with discounts available for 11 or 12 month agreements. Water charges are included in the price but other utility bills are excluded.
